Just had our bathroom totally gutted, inc ceiling, walls etc,
have to say that from the service and presentation at the  showroom, the
survey, the installation, absolutely  first class service, the
fitters/installation team were second to none, nothing was to much
trouble, first class company, first class team, would highly recommend
to anyone !

“We live in Lisvane in Cardiff and we were recommended to contact Hitchings and Thomas to look at proposals for updating our Utility Room. The estimator came promptly to our home and gave us excellent advice on the proposed design of the room layout. His knowledge and suggestions for improvement were most useful. We were pleased to hear that all trades including electrician, plasterer and installation of the units were to be supplied by Hitchings and Thomas. We visited their showroom and were able to see the proposed units and made our decisions for matching our existing units and surfaces in our adjacent kitchen.
After agreeing the costs of the work, we requested installation to start as soon as possible. This was agreed, and we found that we were able to use the new equipment on schedule in advance of the arrival of our Christmas visitors.
All of the workmen were polite, skilful, communicative and tidy in their work. The job required several visits and we were kept fully informed of times of their arrival and departure. The finished installation looks excellent and we were really pleased with the outcome. We have already recommended this company to our friends and we would certainly use them again for any future work of a similar nature.”

I am glad to support a local business i think i chose very wisely when i decided to buy my kitchen from this company. This company is very helpful throughout the whole process, especially so when choosing what you want. they explained the pro's and cons of different items, which was very useful to me. They care about what you want and care that you will be happy with your choices with no nasty surprises. 

The fitter was excellent he was very particular with his work which was great for me as i have OCD and thoroughly inspect any work done. Also i had extra's i didnt know about that were included in the price i.e. soft close doors and drawers, strong sturdy metal drawers, quick release doors and very wide opening hinges. the job wasnt rushed and care was taken to do things right and even consulting me about certain aspects of the job to ask what way i wanted things exactly. 

The kitchen looks absolutely fantastic now its finished and definitely money well spent! ok it wasnt cheap but i expected that but for the work to be fantastic is a huge plus point in my eyes. I will definitely be getting more work done by this company!
